Customers, please check: Title, Author, Publisher, Edition and ISBN code number when purchasing. Some schools use specific editions, therefore pagination and content may vary.
We will not accept any book returns if they have been marked, written in, soiled, defaced, covered or labeled, even if we have supplied you in error.
No returns on books without a receipt.
No returns on novels, study aids (e.g. Study Guides, Study Notes, QRC’s etc), and blackline masters unless faulty.
Books are subject to return up to 30 days from date of purchase. A store credit will be issued.
Extended returns period over Back to School. All back to school books purchased December January that are returned prior to the end of February may be returned for a store credit –provided they are in mint condition, not covered, marked, soiled, labeled or defaced in any way.
Books subject to exchange if faulty.
We do not accept returns under any conditions* for non book products such as calculators, stationery and art products.
Calculators and other electronic equipment are either repaired or replaced subject to manufacturers applicable warranty condition or at the complete discretion of the manufacturer
Special orders are not subject to return under any conditions, unless faulty.
